cassadeescollarbones: They banned a children’s book called And Tango Makes Three. It’s about two male penguins, Roy and Silo raising a baby penguin named Tango. And Tango Makes Three was banned due to the concept of homosexuality, “She was the very first penguin to have two daddies”.

bridgemcgidge: At first I was angry when I found out that these books were being banned in schools across America because some of them are my favorites… and that’s when I realized that they’re banned books because they’re the best books.
